Re-Enrollment

Re-enrollment has begun for our current families. Parents must re-enroll their scholars to maintain their placement for the ‘24-25 School Year. For more information, contact our Registrar, Ms. Donaldson at [email protected]

Lottery System

The lottery selection process for the 24-25 School Year will be conducted on February 1, 2024, for new applications. Families will be notified via text and/or email if their scholar has been offered a seat or waitlisted.

Waitlist

We do not disclose waitlist numbers and cannot predict when seats will be available.

Steps to Enroll

We are a lottery-based school. You must apply here. You will either be offered a seat or waitlisted. If offered a seat, you must accept within 2 days and complete registration in Schoolmint within 10 days. We do not disclose waitlist numbers to families and cannot predict when seats will become available. To apply, create a Schoolmint account and save your login information. You only apply once and then re-enroll every subsequent year. Please read our “Enrollment Policy” document.

Complete the Application by clicking on “Apply Now“. This click will take you to Schoolmint where you will have to create an account and apply for your scholar. It takes a few minutes.
You will receive an offered seat or your scholar will be waitlisted.
You have to “accept” the offered seat within 3 days of the offer or it will be rescinded and go to the next scholar on the waiting list.
Once the seat has been accepted then you have 7 days to complete registration for your scholar.

You will need these documents to complete registration:

Birth Certificate
Two Proofs of Residency:
- Type 1: Lease, Mortgage, or Utility Bill
- Type 2: Vehicle Registration, Homeowners Insurance, or Property Tax Statement
Health Exam Form & Immunization Form (may obtain both from a pediatrician)
