Drew  joined Capital City Consulting as a Partner in 2023 after spending more than eight years working for Governor Ron DeSantis. 

He most recently served as Senior Advisor to Governor DeSantis where he oversaw a number of state agencies including the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Gaming Control Commission, Public Service Commission, Lottery, Military Affairs, Veterans Affairs and Volunteer Florida. In this role, he worked on issues related to alcohol and tobacco regulation, gaming, utilities, emergency management and directly managed the formation of Florida’s first Gaming Control Commission and the reestablishment of the Florida State Guard. 

A graduate of Illinois State University, he resides in Tallahassee with his wife, Natalie and their golden retriever, Chuck.
