Louis Jean-Baptiste

Board Chair

Louis attended Florida State University College of Law, where he participated in BLSA (Black Law Student’s Association) and Law School Mock Trial Team. Louis was selected to be a BLSA Mock Trial team member as a first-year law student on a team with all third-year graduating law students.

During the yearly National BLSA Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition, his team competed against hundreds of law students from around the United States, including Harvard Law School, University of Washington School of Law, and Washington and Lee University School of Law. His team placed 1st in the country.

In his free time, Louis enjoys community service and mentoring children. He also loves spending time with family. He is married to a teacher, has a newborn, and has thirteen nieces and nephews, whom he cherishes.
